Why This Policy Exists
Passion2Skill operates enrichment classes, sports training, and academic coaching primarily for children and adolescents. Because our students are minors, we treat data protection, privacy, and image publishing as non-negotiable legal and moral responsibilities, not corporate boilerplate.
Minimal Data Collection Principle
We collect only the personal information strictly required to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your child’s classes:
- Parent/Guardian Name: To address you properly in our replies.
- Phone or WhatsApp Number: To send class schedules, batch availability, and direct teacher replies.
- Service of Interest & Child’s Age/Standard: To evaluate batch suitability and suggest an appropriate trial class.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party advertising brokers or data aggregators.
Photography of Minors & Explicit Consent (Rule D8)
If a parent ever requests the removal of an image featuring their child, we will take it down from our digital channels within 24 business hours without question.
Privacy-Conscious Measurement
In alignment with Section 7.3 of our operational blueprint, our website logs only 5 high-level interaction events (clicks on WhatsApp links, telephone taps, modal opens, filter switches, and form submissions) to monitor channel utility. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking pixels that follow you across other websites.
Data Retention & Deletion Requests
Inquiries that do not proceed to active enrolment are safely purged periodically. If you wish to have your contact number or enquiry record permanently erased from our systems, simply send a WhatsApp message or email with the word "REMOVE" and your phone number.
